Bullet Resistant Doors can be found in areas where increased safety is needed, for instance, banks, government buildings and high crime rate areas. The UL 752 tested doors are allocated the levels between 1-10, which enables one to measure the door resistance to gun fire. These can be flush doors or can have full glass vision lights. Customers can also avail the doors in pairs, STC rated, fire rated and blast resistant. The core for the bullet resistant doors can be polystyrene, honeycomb or steel stiffened. The doors are fortified with ballistic armor that meets UL requirements. The doors have the ability to resist weapon firing at maximum velocity. These also provide additional advantages, such as maximum resistance to corrosion, durability and lasting strength.
